California Gull
Larus californicus
Synopsis: Breeds on shores of alkaline lakes in Lake and Harney Counties, along the Snake and Columbia Rivers, and possibly at other inland locations. Most notable are the records from western and central Oregon, and from Wallowa, Baker, and Malheur Counties. However, these records may represent widely foraging breeders or wandering non-breeders.
